I lived at the District on 5th for 2 and a half years. It was weird because I wasn't expecting to have to be placed into a unit with random people but my roommates and I ended up becoming very good friends.

District on 5th is within walking distance to campus which was really convenient. The parking is great, if you pay for the parkade. The rooms are a good size, I liked that each roommate has their own restroom. I think one of my only complaints would be
the wifi, it is definitely not the greatest, especially if you like to game. I lived here for 2 years, the only reason that I left was due to covid.

It's nothing amazing, but considering other student housing options it's really good for the price. It has way more personal space and security than the dorm I stayed in last year. There's occasional noise from neighbours.

The community of people are very welcoming, and we are all around the same age so you will never feel lonely. The amenities are wonderful, especially the pool and gym. The view is absolutely amazing to see from the parking garage on the top levels. The
staff is wonderful, very respectful, and always put the residents first. For instance, move in day was great and they greeted everyone with a smile. Lastly, the view from the rooftop is incredible. It is a great spot for a hang out, or a romantic evening! My overall rating of the District will be a 4.5/5.

The cost of accommdation was not very expensive. It has good facilities. The people there are friendly. You may find what you are looking for if you like to live in a single room with affordable price.

I was at The District on 5th for 2 years but due to Covid, I have moved out. It was a great place, close to campus, not a bad place to live while attending college at all. I was lucky to have a great roommate so that made the experience a whole lot
better.
