One thing that is very annoying about Elevate 231 is that they start loudly mowing all the lawns and doing construction every week during the early morning. It wakes everyone up and they barely notified anyone in advance about these recurrences.

Elevate 231 is a good neighborhood with good security. The front gates remain open at all times. The floors are concrete, easy to clean up messed. The only issues we encountered were the upper level has low air circulation and the water pressure is terrible. ...
