I currently live in an off-campus house in the Ewing community. My experience has been fair. The house has 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, however, 2 rooms are drastically different sizes (tiny & master bedrooms). This may be an issue for those searching for
equal-sized rooms. Many of the surrounding houses are also rented by college students, which allows for more comfortability of the neighborhood. With no staff, however, the nearby houses may be louder than on campus, having little to no rules. Overall, the off-campus Ewing community experience has been a positive one so far.
