I have really enjoyed my time living at Floco Apartments at the University of Minnesota. It is a great distance from campus, where you are off campus but also close to walk to class. As well, it is a very pretty apartment building with the courtyard, and
I always felt safe with the security.

I have had a great experience at FloCo. The staff is so nice and always helps with problems, as well as genuinely wants to get to know their tenants. Lots of giveaways which is fun! The rooms are very nice. The fitness center is very small, I wish it was
bigger but it still is ok. I have had a few problems with maintenance not coming when I requested service but it was all resolved in the end. Very nice property, and a pretty courtyard.

Though the move-in was easy, me and my roommates arrived to a dirty apartment, despite their claim of professionally-cleaned carpets and a guarantee of a clean space. We did get a deal on our space, as it was one of few not renovated by new management,
but they fell through on the promise of maintaining the same rent price for the following year. Neighbors are loud and the walls are thin, but in a college apartment that's to be expected. We also had tours coming through our place 1-2 times a week for the first three/four months, which became stressful and a bit frustrating after only the first month. Though amenities were limited due to covid, the staff did make sure to provide extras such as food in the lobby at least once a week or weekly drawings on Instagram for an assortment of prizes. The front staff are also very personable which made talking to them easy.

I lived in Floco Fusion for my sophomore year in college. It was nice because it is in Dinkytown, which is where a lot of second and third year students live. I shared a room so that rent was cheaper. I enjoyed living at Floco because it was close to
campus, they had multiple common areas, and we had a great view of the city. It is a little overpriced, but that is like every apartment close to campus.
