These apartments are old but they're nice (depending on which one you get). They clearly need to be renovated and some have but many haven't. There are issues with the AC vents having mold and mildew in them. These apartments are right by the lake and offer nice views! It can be noisy in the mornings with traffic, parking is hard to find and the overflow lot is located in the back of the church next door so if you need to walk allll the way across the complex you are in for a trek. ...
