Grand is a great apartment. The RD and RAs are wonderful and prompt to respond to any issues you may have. The apartments are well kept and easy to maintain. I would definitely recommend it if you're considering living there.

Grand apartments is an apartment building at Olivet Nazarene University. I have been attending Olivet for 3 years now and I thought living in an apartment this year was going to be better than a dorm, but I was wrong. It is a nice small building. The appliances are not the best but they will do. Most are one or two bedroom and all are one bathroom. The lighting is my only complaint. There is not a central light fixture in the living room and the kitchen does not have the best lighting either. ...
