Inn town homes are not well kept on the outside. Mail boxes are frequently opened and left open. Trash everywhere outside and often left for days. Inside of the apartment is not up to date besides the kitchen.

I loved my apartment itself when renting from inn town homes. Their online portal made it very easy to pay rent and I never had any problems with the staff. My car was broken into several times at this apartment complex. I'm not sure why because the lot was well lit and I never felt unsafe living here. There is just a lot of crime on Ohio State's campus. I moved 2 minutes down the street and had no problems. Very bizarre. Overall, I rented from 3 different companies at OSU, and inn town was the easiest to deal with by far. Never had any problems. I would recommend looking here first, for anyone looking to move on campus. ...

It is a nice apartment complex for college aged students. It is definitely worth what you pay for it. The maintenance staff works on issues as soon as they can and they are very nice as well. We have not had any issues thus far.
