Madbury Commons is a decent place to live, besides the fact that the landlords ignore maintenance requests, don't come to inspect or check for any safety issues, and in general, just don't pay any mind to their tenants. For example, our laundry unity doesn't work correctly and the dryer gets so hot it literally burns clothes. Our stove light & fan haven't worked since we've moved in, and we have asked them countless times to come and fix it, as it's a safety hazard, and they have ignored our requests for 5 months. Landlords aside, the parking is free and there's plenty of spots, rent isn't too bad besides it not including utilities, and the rooms are spacious. ...

They are very student life oriented and they have been really helpful with any matinience requests or rent issues. They were also helpful when there was a spike in COVID-19 cases on campus, they had employees bring up packages or deliveries which was really helpful. ...
