Luckily the town of Dahlonega is quiet and peaceful on its own. Unfortunately college students get rowdy and ruin that peace and trash up the neighborhood. If you stick to yourself, you might survive Magnolia Townhomes.

My apartment is okay, it's a 2BR 1.5BA, and around 1500 sqft. The kitchen and and bathrooms are a tad outdated, but everything generally works well. Maintenance can be a bit slow, and the parking spot are extremely limited. If you like to have a lot of friends over, they'll have to park at the park or another lot. Neighborhood is very quiet, mix of older people and college students, and it's a 10 minute walk to the school, and just right off the square. Landlady is kind, but there's a $50 chare for late rent, utilities are not included so it's a bit pricy. Overall, I would recommend it ! ...
