Very loud basketball court that makes it hard to concentrate, maintenance gets back to you quick, Over-charging happens a lot within the rent. Raccoons get into the trash and leave tear apart your trash, outside always smells like dumpster.

I moved in Fall 2020, so it hasn’t been long since I’ve lived here. That being said, everything has been great so far. I love the apartment itself and how much room it has. I already renewed for one more year.

This complex is safe and quiet at night. They have great amenities such as a pool, gym and people who take out the trash almost every day. Personally my apartment is up to date and clean. The walls are a little thin though. Overall I do enjoy living here to have an easy commute to UCF. ...
