I love living at Newtown because it is super close to campus but far enough to where you enjoy seeing other things off campus. My roommates and I love using the amenities they provide, like the gym, basketball court and volleyball court.

I really liked Newtown at first but then things in our unit started breaking very often and maintenance is slow which was frustrating. The units are a really good size. The amenities are nice and kept up to date.

So far I have lived at Newtown Crossing for 6 months and I have really enjoyed it. I love have high speed internet as well as cable tv at a lower price than the on campus dorms. There is also much more freedom as opposed to the dorm rooms. I enjoy using the kitchen, all be it small, it has everything need to actually cook for myself. There is however train tracks right next to the buildings, so if you can't stand the noise of a train don't move in here. Other than the train the apartments are nice and very close to campus, just as close as my "on campus" dorm rooms my first two years. It is also nice having a car and a place to park right outside my apartments door. ...

It’s a nice place to live but there are a lot of downfalls. It’s located right next to train tracks so trains run through the days and nights, which is really loud. The over all quality of the apartment isn’t bad by any means, but I expected more for the price. Over all i’d give a 4 or 5 out of 10. The staff is super sweet and helpful. ...
