The front office can be a little difficult to reach at times but workers are students so are helpful and easy to interact with. Also the after hours phone number is a tremendous help. The app is useful and free maintenance is nice Not a fan of them letting themselves into your apartment, though. ...

It is pretty noisy depending on the people around and above you. There are a few loud parties that happen throughout the years. It gets pretty messy. The office staff is nice and helpful though. The pool and fitness room are convenient.

When you move in to your apartment, it might be dirty so you'll have to submit a work-order to get it cleaned up. The staff/management does not enforce its own rules. They'll simply say they can't do anything about it if you complain to them about something like your roommate being too disturbing. Also, raised the prices of the apartments for next school year. They are newer than the dorms so they should be in better conditions. Work-order gets done at a decent time. Sometimes some people drive their cars loudly at night(forgot term). Good amount of places here to snag food from including 7-11 and Starbucks. Right by the university so class is only walk away. ...
