I found a room here on craigslist for my freshman year of college. There were two other girls living there that I had never met. This was my first time moving away from home too. I worked out really well and it was a great first year experience!

My experience has been very good. The quick maintenance has been great and the location is extremely close to campus. The staff is always very friendly and get back to you really quickly. It is priced very reasonability.

Orchard Corners is a great option for off-campus housing. It's very close to the university and very affordable. The staff is always very pleasant (Andrea, the property manager is extremely kind and very helpful) and maintenance is always on top of requests, which has been very convenient for me and my roommate. We have, unfortunately, experienced a few plumbing emergencies due to a number of factors specific to our unit, but our experience is definitely not the norm. Overall, it's a great place to live, and if I still have nice things to say about it after our kitchen sink struggles, there's definitely something special about it. ...

Orchard Corners is an ok place to live for a cheap college experience, but if you have never lived here before be aware that the show room they have for display is nothing like what the apartments actually look like. I admit that we were able to make the apartment functional and cute, but other than that it isn't very nice. It is what you get for only paying $325 a month. ...
