The apartments are nice since every individual has their own bathroom. The common space is spacious with enough room to not feel cramped and most of the appliances in the apartment work well. The utilities are included up to a certain cap and usually individuals do not go over this cap by too much. Maintenance is difficult to schedule sometimes and the thin walls allow for a lot of noise but the area is relatively close and it is very close to campus. ...
