I believe it is the second best option at Syracuse behind the Marshall Street. The staff is amazing and very friendly. They do the best they can to help the residents. Some of the apartment doors are broken or are left open during the night, which is quite alarming ...

I strongly believe park point is overpriced for the lack of amenities they say they offer. The A/C unit in my room does not work, the rooms are small, and wifi is decent when it works. However, it is one of the better off campus apartments.

It is a great place to live! There are very mixed reviews online, but I think a lot of it is from students who have never lived anywhere else and don't know how good they have it! Maintenance replies to work-orders quickly, the apartments are huge and clean. My only complaints are that it is a bit of a walk to campus and the walls are verrrrrry thin. Get ready to hear your neighbor's phone calls. But those are small issues in the face of how gorgeous the rooms are! ...

Based on personal experience, Park point is overpriced, especially for a private school that already cost 70,000 a year. They do not accommodate for anyone even in light of COVID-19 being a problem for many families and students.
