It is close to town and close to the college. I do not have an car of finances to buy one so I happy that I am able to walk to classes. It is more affordable than staying in dorms during the semester.

So far it has been a good experience. The apartment is small but basically all you need for two people. You need a key to enter both your room and the apartment complex itself so its pretty safe. Although I have received complaints from neighbors about noise because the walls are pretty thin. ...
