The apartments themselves were old, but kept updated as best as possible. Throughout the eight months I was there we only had a few maintenance problems and the staff was there to fix them quickly. The biggest issue I found with Raintree was my roommate experience, and the staff was more than willing to work with us to make adjustments to our living situation. Raintree offers great amenities, the parking was exceptional with more than enough space for everyone, and the social aspect was nice. They also are some of the few that offered fall/winter semester contracts along with year round. Fall/winter contracts are very helpful for those of us that choose to move back home for the summer. ...

There is always someone playing music super loud all during the day and it makes it so hard to do any of my online classes. I really wish they were better at maintenance they have said many times they would fix things but it takes them forever and then they break a week later. ...

Honestly not a bad place. I recommend getting the appartments with two fridges. Thats a big plus. It has a nice grounds. Some of the appartments are dated but we painted and if you keep it clean it's fine. Pretty nice place.

The people here are so fun and friendly!! The grounds are super gorgeous and it's super close to the Provo River Trail, which makes going on morning runs and even walks super accessible and beautiful. The club house is also super nice and well kept with plenty of activities and plenty of room for a homework study session. Not to mention the volleyball court and basket ball hoops. It's a really lovely area and the rent is totally affordable. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about the place, and everyone I consulted while looking for an apartment only had positive things to say about Raintree as well. ...

Raintree has been a nice apartment complex, and I´m glad I tried it out. However, the apartment we were assigned didn´t seem well maintained. In fact, it seems they spend all of the maintenance fund on the grounds, and almost none on the apartments. We did most of the fixes ourselves, the maintenance wouldn´t respond. The community is great though, and the grounds *are* beautiful. ...
