My experience at the Richmond Flats has overall been pretty good, with the exception of a few utility issues. I have a sink that leaks, which I constantly have to clean up. It is for college student mainly, so music from parties can be heard most weekends. ...

Pros: This apartment complex is good for students attending IU East who do not have a car. Meijer is a minute walk and there are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. Additionally, there are amenities in the clubhouse such as: free printing (usually works), little gym area, and laundry room (although cost of laundry is not ideal). Cons: If you have a car, it may be worth it to look into other options. The apartments rooms are small and expensive for what you are getting. My bathroom gets moldy very easily, even though I keep the fan on when needed. This summer, I had an awful gnat problem, and some complexes had the same issue while others did not. ...
