I have lived in Solaria since my Sophomore year of college. It is definitely a college apartment that is marketed to college, sorority women. However, in this past year, I had an older man move in next door. He is married and just he and his wife live
next door. It was slightly unsettling seeing how we are just a street away from sorority row, and the complex is made up of about 95% of college sorority women. Despite this odd experience and the Trimark staff (owners of Solaria) not being very helpful, it has still been a relatively good experience! The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing! They are so kind and respectful. The actual apartment is also very beautiful and spacious.
