Living in this apartment complex has given me mixed feelings. My apartment was not “turned over” for my move in, but it is spacious and there is good insulation between the walls. There is not good insulation between the floors and ceiling though. Additionally, if you contact maintenance, they typically come as soon as possible which is great. But the staff which answers the phone at the management building are not very kind. Overall it has been an iffy experience, but great location. Super expensive too, but again, expected for the location. $825 a month per person in a 2-bed-2-bath, just under 800-square feet. ...
