Overall the apartments, amenities, and people are 10/10! Like any place you go, there are a few details that are subpar but I love living here. Everyone is super friendly but keeps to themselves. I plan to stay here until I graduate in a few years!

So far I have had a decent experience. They are nothing special but not bad either. I had some issues with my room that were not taken care of, my roommates were matched and are good, overall enjoyable place to be.

I have really enjoyed my time at The Avenue at San Marcos they are nice spacious townhomes for a reasonable price. Every unit has a half bath which is really nice for visitors. You also have two closets your bathroom is small but your room size makes up for it. The amenities are awesome. ...

I stayed at this complex for over two years and I was inconvenienced multiple times. The leasing manager and bookkeeper are not completely professional. When an agreement is made nothing is done in writing and it leaves a lot to question for a renter. When there is a clerical error it is blamed on the resident and not the property. The general staff is very pleasant and they always are on top of your packages. However, when it comes to roommates and the safety of your health the office doe snot take that into account. I have deathly allergies to animals and I was forced to be roommates with multiple tenants with animals. Even after grievances with the housing committee, my need was not met and I was forced to live in those quarters or pay to be moved to another apartment. I didn't appreciate the poor quality in appliances either. Maintenance and I were on a first name basis because appliances would break down more than once a month. ...
