I originally signed a lease here because I came to tour during the day and saw how many dogs were at the neighborhood dog park as well as how light the environment felt. They was also no deposit which was awesome for a young broke college student, like myself. The apartments are nice, but the neighborhood is very loud after dark which got old because I have to be up for work at 5:30. There was also many break ins which made me feel uneasy. I think these apartments are better for the party crowd. If you are not a party person, do not live here. ...

My roommates and I rented a house at the Barracks through the Lester Group and the houses are beautiful and offer comfortable living, but the Lester Group employees have been difficult to work with.
