Right after moving in, construction started on the business directly below my apartment and lasted for months. Workers started extremely early, even on weekends, and used loud, heavy power tools for hours. Management refused to rectify the issue in anyway. The building has several security restrictions, such as the parking garage. Both my car and my roommate’s car ended up being towed several times. Also, you cannot access the building without and electronic key fob, so it makes it very difficult to get visitors and food deliveries to your door. The location is great in terms of walkability to stores, but the apartments are way too far from college campuses and you are required to take several toll roads in order to reach campus, unless you want to add 30-45 minutes to your commute. It ends up being extremely pricey if you are taking a full-time course load and makes participating in events on campus expensive. If you attend UCF or Valencia, I would recommend living much closer to the schools. My roommate and I did not like the restrictions and lifestyle of off-campus college apartments, so we picked this apartment based on that. I ended up moving after my lease ended to a house south of campus, and was much happier with that choice. ...
