Pipers landing has changed its management three time in the 5 months since I have been living there, the previous management (Jennings group) was very difficult to get in contact with and our move in date got pushed back(without notice) leaving us with no where to stay for the first 4 days. However the maintence is fast and the cost of living makes it worth it. It's a lot cheaper than most and the apartment is clean, homey and the bathrooms are large. Also, the parking situation is great compared to surrounding apartments. There is tons of parking in front of the building but also a garage around back, great for people that have multiple cars. ...

It was a pretty quiet apartment with secured doors which was nice. One downfall was I was in an apartment next to someone with a balcony where I did not have one. They were always loud on the balcony and there was no way to get away from it. Another downfall is there is NO elevator, and 3 levels of apartments. The rental company it's through is less than friendly, but overall were fair when returning our deposit. ...
