Great experience. Staff is friendly and the events are great! Area is reasonably safe and there is onsite security to make it even safer. Mostly college students so it isn't silent but it isn't a crazy

Overall, I loved The Pointe! The rent was fairly low and the apartments were really nice. We had a 3 bed/ 3 bath apartment and rent was about 450 for each of us. It's gone up since, but they always have specials going on. The pool was also really nice - I regret not going to it more. The only reason I gave it some lower stars is because of one of the (I'm assuming now both former) male employees. One of his friends was trying to get me to let him in my building because we wanted to got to bed with me. I refused to go until he left. He ended up calling his friend that worked the desk and he gave him the code to get into the building, no questions asked, at 2am. Soooo, hopefully they hire better workers now. ...
