Very cozy and affordable housing; however, it is next to the train tracks and the loud honking can take some getting used to. I've been able to get past this with a white noise machine. Additionally, the community is gated, and I feel secure in my apartment with 24/7 maintenance and a guard on duty. There are even courtesy officers that can politely handle situations for me such as my consistly noisy upstairs neighbor. The Quarters is even pet-friendly, and with an ESA form from my therapist, has allowed me to bring my two guinea pigs, an unconvential pet since they typically only allow cats and dogs. Overall, The Quarters is an affordable and safe, pet-friendly community that I've enjoyed living in with the only downside being the noise. ...

It's clean and good, but their one bedrooms are so expensive! Two or Three bedrooms are good! The buildings are safe but the area maybe not much during the night! They have gym and printer and coffee shop too
