It has been a fun place to live and I have resigned my lease. Our cottage is spacious and we have not had any real issues yet. My first week living here there was a break in. Our gate never works and the shuttle is not reliable.

The retreat is a good place to live for the price and has a suburban feeling to it. However, the area surrounding It is not good and there is concern for break ins at all times. The maintenance workers do not get around to requests for upwards of a month occasionally. However, there is a group chat for everyone in the retreat and it is like a community. ...

While I love my house and room, it is near unsafe neighborhoods and maintenance takes a long time to respond. Also, parking gets filled up and there are many parties every week. Also, my AC is constantly not working.
