I can't say I had the perfect experience here last semester, but for the location and pricing it is not a bad apartment complex at all. I liked that my living space included several extra resources (like cable, thank goodness) for free despite the already relatively low price when split with my roommate. I will warn anyone looking to live there that it can be noisy, seeing as it is populated with students who no longer have the same level of strict volume requirements that the university dorms have. ...

I have enjoyed the large kitchens and nice bedrooms and bathrooms in the location. We sometimes had trouble getting quick maintenance help. The location is also nice and safe. However, it's a decent walk from campus.
