The management is unresponsive. Elevator seldom works. Parking garage has flooding issues. The fans in the bathroom are crazy loud. The management also tries to embellish problems upon move out to make money unethically.

Uncommon Auburn is brand new and only opened 2 days before I moved in. For it top be so new, it definitely exceeded my expectations. I feel like I am living in a hotel with the pool, hot tub, tanning bed, and several outdoor and indoor courtyards. Uncommon is PERFECT for college students because there are 2 very big study rooms that always stay very quiet! ...
