I enjoy the newly renovated amenities and the staff is very helpful. The study rooms on each floor are a great place to go when you need extra quiet time. The parking could be better but overall it is great.

Not great, run down apartment with high crime rates. I would not recommend it to a friend. There are better apartments off campus especially now that the university is shut down. I got out of there and moved to a better apartment.
