University Green is very renter friendly and affordable! I have lived in multiple apartments in Tallahassee and UG by far feels the most home. I am always comfortable and enjoy the quietness the neighborhood provides.

My experience was very good. Although, the University Green could work on trash maintenance, everything else was well kept and secured. The apartments contain up to date appliances, a secured gate for visitors and residents, and a pool.

Nice student living town homes for anybody who is looking for nice up to dates spacious living. The townhomes gives you privacy and you could connect with new people. The students around are help if you are in need but do not bother you.
