I've had a decent experience and no significant problem. I just wish that when you had a problem in the apartment that needs fixing the staff wouldn't blame it on you every time they come. Other than that it was fine and the amenities are good.

What I do like about University House is that each apartment is full furnished and appliances are automatically included in your rent. What I don't like about University house is the staff. Every staff member is a college too, so most of the time they
don't know what they're doing. They always seem to messing something up like charging you the wrong amount for rent, not knowing the answer to many questions you'll have, and not being harsh enough to neighbors who get many noise complaints. Another thing is that University house recently got rid of our cable, so you'll have to buy your own cable box if you want to watch tv.

It gives me a sense of big responsibilities as a young adult. And as a student who move away from my family and is now experiencing the costs of many things such as bills it made me appreciate more for the stable home my parents were able to give me
despite the costs of many things needed to take care of their children.

Inside the apartments was nice but walking around the halls was always so gross and smelled like throw up and alcohol. Always huge parties going on and would be loud around the halls and could even be heard from apartments.

The rent is extremely expensive considering it's considered "student housing". It would have been more enjoyable had it been more affordable. The positives of UH would be the in-unit washer/dryer, free parking, and the proximity to campus. But that's
about it.
