My experience at Upointe has been a great experience. It is close to campus and I feel safe there. The rooms are a fairly good size and It was very comfortable for the 4 of us living there. Every thing was clean and well maintained.

Upointe is a great apartment to live in off campus. You can hear sirens at night and loud cars go down the street, but that goes for just about anywhere you could live. As for other residents, you can hear people come down the hall because it echoes, but I’ve never had a problem sleeping or studying because of it because it doesn’t happen for long periods of time. I also have never had any problems with noise from neighbors. I do live on the top floor though, so I’m not sure how noisy is can be with people above you. As for maintenance they do a great job of fixing things for the most part, my roommates and I did have problem with them not fixing our stove (they even kept saying our work order was completed but nothing was fixed), but other than that the maintenance is great. ...

my experience has been mostly positive and I have enjoyed using the amenities offered through the apartment like the gym that is always open in the free printing in the study area. I also like going to the pool, however the hot tub is never hot and sometimes it’s drained. I don’t think that it has been hot all year which is really upsetting because I think it would be a really fun place for students to hang out. Other than that, the staff has been somewhat helpful except for they take a long time to get my packages. I have enjoyed having my own room and bathroom in the safety features within the apartment make it easy for all of my roommates to feel comfortable and get along. ...

I have enjoyed living at Upointe. I have renewed my lease for the upcoming school year. The only issue I have dealt with is noisy people in the apartment above mine. Everything else about living there is great!

It has been an okay first apartment. I am disappointed in the maintenance and the quality of the apartment. For how much rent is, I think these things should be better. Otherwise, being so close to campus and the free parking offered is great!

Upointe is a nice apartment that is a comfortable walk away from campus. It is really nice and gives residents their own room and bathroom with the only common areas being the kitchen. I would say the nicest part is how close it is to campus. I don't have a car and am able to get to classes within 10 minutes of leaving my apartment. ...

I love that Upointe is so close to campus. I do not have a car here in Waco and so it is nice to be close. I think that the apartments themselves are very nice. I think that it could be slightly more secure. The parking garage door is slow and it stays open a while so that anyone could come in and also the management is not very professional. ...
