I do not know where to start I don’t know if it was the unfinished apartment that was infested with ants and hornets nest when I moved in on the first day in August or the consistent trash that flies around the apartment and the piling amounts of dog feces in the areas that we share such as the pool area in the basketball court. It is usually quiet in the neighborhood so that is a plus, but we cannot overlook the poor management and their lack of filling out maintenance request, answering the phone, and even bringing their kids to work. I lived at the viridian during its first year being open, perhaps that contributed to how poor that place was run, but it was not good at all! The management staff completely dismissed residents concerns with safety. The gates to the complex were always broken, the gates to enter the common areas such as the pool and volleyball court were also always broken and there was constantly people who didn’t live there using those amenities. This place is definitely for those who are okay with parties and loud music being played at all times. Not even to mention that the apartment itself was not built to last, things were constantly broken and it was difficult to get someone out to fix it. The apartment itself tho is at a pretty good location and super close to campus (there’s a bus route) and the pool was great in the summer. ...
