Williamsburg has been a great experience. The signing process was simple, moving in was a breeze. The units are clean and updated with nice brick interior. The pool is always refreshing on a warm summer day! Its a short walk to two major hospitals and most of the graduate school buildings. Parking is always available and the units are all pet friendly! The staff always responds quickly to e-mails and maintenance requests. I always feel safe here at Williamsburg and walking to and from class/work on a daily basis. ...

The location is fantastic. From the street you can see Shands which is convenient for Health students. While the apartments are over 50 years old, it is everything I need. There's a nice pool area, communal laundry, but no gym. While it can be difficult with the office staff, the maintenance are very attentive to everything. ...
