Living off-campus was the best decision I made. I was fortunate on finding something that was less expensive than to live on-campus and I am only a 5-10 minutes walk from my college which means I was able to still live that "college experience". It was
the first time I was moving away from my family, and it took a while to get the hang of it since I only relied on my own finances. Although after over two years of living on my own, I learned more about myself and set my own responsibilities and limits. It can be a little noisy in the afternoon, but that is because all the kids enjoy playing with each other outside but other than that there is no other noise. Maintenance can be a little difficult to get a hold of because there is only one person helping many units, but they do get around.
