This place sucks! they don't provide a bill and will post on your door for $0.93, yes ninety three cents! They nickel and dime you to death and the office staff pretty much sucks! No sidewalks in the place, they make you walk in the road to get your mail which is a mile away, bill utilities through ConService and just like the name says it's a CON! They suck too. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
