Our neighbor had a bedbug infestation and the management not only did not notify us within 72 hours of finding out as required by Colorado law they also refused to pay for exterminators, again as required by Colorado law. After moving out we were not refunded our entire deposit and Margi the manager gave bad references to other places we applied to move into. Stay far away from the Stardust Plaza. I rented from fall 2012 through summer 2020. ...
