UNSAFE: No Concierge, No key fobs ability to limit access plus the addition of Smart Locks have increased unauthorized and un monitored 24 hour access to the property. Access Doors are routinely propped open. UNSANITARY: the elevators smell like pet urine, the hallways often feature residue from pet droppings and haphazard cleaning.
