Management is failing. Latest example: Scheduled water maintenance (7 am - 4 pm) turned into emergency. It’s possible we get water service in 24 hours, but no concrete assurance. At 8:30 pm, we were promised pizza and plenty of water to “drink, cook, and flush our toilets.” The meager pizza order was gone and some of us got 32 ounces of water (four small bottles) and others arriving minutes later got none.
