You get what you pay for. There is NOTHING for children to do,no playground, feeble blacktop/bball court with hanging rim, dirty pool. Even during the summer, it is not covered, nor are any precautions made towards sanitation. The management [if you can call it that] has its worse rating due to its LACK of professionalism. I live here, and I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE unless the cannot afford elsewhere [my situation]. Kids hang out everywhere, the flashlight police will bypass the known underage drug traffickers to harass adults conversing in the front area. Its just ridiculous to live here point blank. A community that is afforable for persons who like to live in a nice community. These apartments offer one to four bedroom units. Good apartments and nice neighbors. The only downfall is the apartment complex does not have a playground for the young chidren, but they have two pools. There are alot of children in the neighborhood. The community offers a community center across the street that offers a playground and indoor pool adjacent to the community center. Overall rating 3 1/2.
