In my opinion, this place has: Huge roach problems. Huge maintenance problems. An absent landlord and property manager. It's not a safe area. A lot of illegal immigrants living there. They will only rent to hispanics and latinos. The grounds are dirty and people keep all kinds of stuff on their balconies. Watch out during the nice weather as a lot of people will grill on their balconies (which, I believe, is illegal) so smoke comes into your apartment. Watch walking around the complex at night on the weekends as gangs of teenagers tend to congregate and drink around the place. Glad I left!!! I rented from fall '03 through spring '05. ...

Unless you're looking for a really cheap apartment, I'd stay away from this place. The tenants are too noisy and the maintenance is poor. Even if you wanted to rent here, Landlord nevers answers her phone or returns your calls. I rented from fall '05 through spring '06. ...
