Poorly managed and outdated property. The maintenance crew are the true superstars here, they need to be as this building has nonstop issues. Every work request is responded to very quickly as long as they can handle it. Bigger issues that are out of their hands are nonstop such as the garage door which has been broken more than not, which leads to theft and cars being broken into. management refuses to notify residents of such ongoing activities so when there are a string of crimes being committed night after night you're on your own as you wouldn't know what they are targeting. The elevators are constantly broke as is the AC. Management controls the heat/cold so even when it is working you can't control it too much. The manager is rude and condescending and will never accept responsibility for anything that goes wrong, especially when it is the fault of the building management. There are way too many other option locally, spend your money elsewhere. ...
