For the past 3.5 years, my husband and I had the pleasure of living at a 1331, a building that surpassed all my expectations. Darryl, Director of Resident Services, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. He and his team are extremely helpful and courteous. Darryl hosts several resident events throughout the year that help build a sense of community within the building. Tyler, General Manager, deserves special recognition for his outstanding leadership. He exhibited a genuine demeanor during a very stressful time before moving abroad. His dedication to maintaining an exceptional environment was evident in his willingness to address any concerns. He made sure that our ensured that our final month at 1331 went smoothly which we sincerely appreciate it. The building's amenities are nothing short of extraordinary! Whether it was the state-of-the-art fitness center, the serene rooftop pool over looking the tidal basin, or the luxurious work space, every aspect of the 1331 exuded refinement. The location is perfect for those that want to live in DC, but need/appreciate a calm area with not a lot of foot traffic.
