We have lived here for way to long. The bathroom and a kitchen are nightmeres. You can see all the leaks on the ceiling and they never repair or fix anything they just "PATCH" everything. We now pay for our own heat and you can feel cold air coming in on the floor from the return vent. Wonder why they thought the energy was to much??? I can't have my four year old son play on the floor because of the draft. Draft is quit an understatement. We have finally had it and will move as soon as our lease is up. If you have kids stay away, there is a convicted child molester, maybe more.... Last year we had an extreme bat problem and the did NOTHING! My dad had to come over and help my hubby do somethign in the heater room. (we had no choice because of our son) I don;t even know if the heat is metered is legal and regulated.. I rented from fall '01 through spring '07. ...
