The only thing they fix right away is the AC . The tenants can do better throwing the trash in the dumpster, and caring about where they live. When I did other people managed it and we had three dumpsters with 14 buildings. About a month went by and then they took one dumpster away so we were left with 2. After awhile new management took over and next thing we knew they removed another. We were left with one compactor for 14 buildings. Trash was piled so high that u couldn't get near the compactor. U had no choice but to leave your bag in the pile. I'm disabled and had to use my scooter to drive my trash up to the compactor as close as I could. Just this weekend I noticed the second dumpster was back in place and I got a notice on my door. They fined me 75 dollars per bag that I was unable to put in the trash because there was no where else to put it. Instead of fining me when they found the bag they waited for it to build up to 423 dollars, which doesn't even make sense when u do the math, and told me and a bunch of other residents if we don't pay it they will not except our rent pretty much they did us dirty now they want money out of us.when I called the office and tried to explain to her that u couldn't get near the compactor she pretty much called me a liar and said the other side was open. I'm on section 8 and disabled pretty much I was supposed to climb over a mountain of garbage to stuff a bag into an overstuffed compactor. Now they are threatening not to accept out rent and pretty much are going to throw me and a bunch of others out if we don't pay the fine that they caused. I asked her how they knew which bags are who's and she told me that they opened them and found our mail. I don't know about her but I get other people's mail all the time. I guess if someone got my mail and threw it in their garbage it's automatically mine. I've rented for a long long time and have never been done so wrong.do yourself a favor. Dont live here. ...
