These condos are just a horrible waste of money. While we have rented here, we have had 11 things break in the condo, and maintenance never responds. Our bathroom has broken twice and wasnt fixed for about 2 months each time. Our bathroom fan has been broken for a total of 4 months. Weve had 3 doors fall off the hinges, and 4 switches simply stopped working. Our water becomes cold after 10 minutes of showering, and you cant put any drano down the drain because the pipes are so old. The walls are very thin and we can hear the loud discussions of our neighbors. The gym is pathetic and half the machines are broken.
