We rented a 2 bedroom apartment from the park for a year and were met with incompetence from the beginning of the rental process until the last month of our lease. We had to deal with 3 different leasing agents because of their employee turnover. The office "lost" over $200 and tried to get us to repay it. Over the next year we were met with bad service from the office every time we needed them and we got the runaround whenever we needed something from them. Six months into our lease they began remodeling the decks, ours along with many others were not finished when we moved out in 2007. Our phone lines had been mangled when we moved in and the dishwasher leaked almost daily when we used it. Now that we've moved out and have found something much better we have been informed that we won't be getting our deposit back because they had to "replace screw" in the apartment.
