You get what you pay for, horrible roach infested apts. They change filters and fumigate about once every 4months, no wonder the roaches never leave, garbage area always stinks including inside the hallways. The maintencance people take forever to actually come out and fix things, they dont even fix it they try to repair. Sink area all rotten, that water seeps down to bottem, leaving the kitchen cabinets with horrible stench. Dont bother paying the 50$ for gym key, they have very little machines, and during the day the employees smoke not caring that there is only glass in between their dining area and the gym, through which alll the smoke seeps through the top vent, told them to stop but they dont care that you can barely exercise becuse of there smoke. Appliances are merely painted over, paint starts to chip revealing all cracks and imperpections after. There is never any parking, landscaping also needs work. Everyone also complains about the laundries there's always something wrong with them. They raised the rent here to pay all those good for nothing employees that sit around in there lunch room smoking, because it has not improved at all! I rented from winter '07 through winter '08. ...
