Elliot Baymeadows is an absolute nightmare. The German roach infestation is extreme—roaches crawl out of appliances, walls, and furniture no matter how clean you are. It’s disgusting and nonstop. On top of that, my upstairs neighbor lets their dog urinate off the balcony, soaking all my patio belongings in dog pee—and management did nothing. Loud, obnoxious pool parties go until 4am, and complaints are completely ignored. The management is rude, incompetent, and unhelpful. They act bothered when you ask for basic assistance and rarely follow through. This place may look decent in pictures, but it’s infested, mismanaged, and truly gross. Avoid at all costs. ...

Extremely German cockroach infested, the entire complex is infested. Do NOT live here unless you like roaches in your food, drinks, and in your bed and blankets, because they are in every appliance and room. I went 3 months without a WORKING stove/oven during Thanksgiving. Neighbors pouring dog urine on my porch. “Ladies” at the office are extremely unprofessional. Maintenance enters your apartment without permission at any time. ...
